HR Screening:
The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and scheduled a short screening call. She asked about my current role, experience in analytics, CTC details, notice period, and location preference. It was a quick 15-minute conversation.
Technical Round:
This was a one-on-one virtual interview with a senior analyst. Questions revolved around SQL queries, Excel functions, case studies, and scenario-based questions related to credit card portfolio analysis. I was also asked to walk through a past project involving acquisition and portfolio optimization. A few questions included:
How do you calculate vintage-level performance for a new acquisition strategy?
How would you design an A/B test to measure line increase impact?
Explain a situation where a policy change impacted delinquency rates.
Final Round (Managerial):
This round focused on behavioral questions and strategic thinking. The interviewer asked about stakeholder management, how I prioritize tasks, and situations where I had to challenge business assumptions using data. They also asked how I would build a framework for portfolio risk monitoring.
