Interviews based on personality and teamwork view. Interviewed with 4 different members of management, one at a time. Very little technical questions asked- this still would not have been a deal breaker if I did not know technical answers

I applied, got an interview about 2-3 weeks later. Interview was with 2 different groups. Very straight forward questions. Received a background check request and was made an offer after it cleared.

The interview focused on my resume, covering my coding language proficiency, previous role, and capstone project. They also asked about my familiarity with the Agile process and my ideal work culture.
Straightforward interview. Genuine and honest seeming people. Company seem great to work for and I seemed to get my skills across well. recommend process. Hopeful about my prospects of getting a job
