I received a call from a lady in HR and she speak really fast so its hard to catch what on earth she is saying. Without asking whether it was a suitable time, she proceeded on with questions. She asked what is the toughest escalation I have ever done and when I tried to answer she cut me halfway asking me why I pick such an example. I was lost for words and I do not understand what on earth she is trying to look for. Does she think that I applied for the job blindly without looking through the job requirements? I actually read through the job requirements and the job requirements totally match my profile! She was rude, boastful and had a lousy attitude. In fact, I lost my interest for the job. At the end of the phone call, she said that I am not a suitable candidate (after asking only 3 questions and not related to the job). Its a pity that you judge people based on face value. Everyone should just avoid applying for Autodesk. Anyway, it is their lost and not mine.
