Interview
I had applied for Territory sales rep role and recruiter in Singapore who called me was a bit weird. He mentioned that role is not available and underplayed my skills and suggested a junior role and I brushed off that idea. Few days later he reverted back with the above role and there was 2 video interviews and 1 f2f interview. It was such hectic process and I came out as one of the TOP candidate. I felt interview went very well, but to my surprise, I was rejected!! Recruiter did the crap again. He called and broke the news and never gave the feedback for the rejection. He was so rude and didn’t care at all of how to handle a candidate with respect!! I will never ever think of working for this company again
