I have to say, out of all the jobs I recently applied to, this was one of the biggest wastes of my time out of all of them. Prompting this rare review.
TLDR - 5 round interview with no final response.
Overall disappointed with how much time this company took only to never give a final answer. Hearing in each of these interview how they are "looking for quality and the right fit", endless empty platitudes of good service, pushing an air of arrogance and snobbishness common to the Rochester Area, only to not come through on the most basic of things like a rejection letter.
5 hours+ hours of interviewing, meeting the CEO, meeting over half a dozen employees, all for a choice that could have been made over 1 Teams call. The pay they were offering compared to the company demands for the job did not match. After reading some reviews of current/former employees im not surprised. This was an quite an ironic insult to the companies name, where you may falsy think you are getting "the gold standard".
Based off of my experience, I will avoid applying to this company in the future.
To the CEO: While we had a nice conversation, this whole interview process wasted my time, my gas, and most of all my patience. You and your company need to do better.
