Interview process is not organised.
They called me in 3 times. I had to take time off from my current work and visit them. which if planned could be done on same day. In one of the interviews when i reached on time they informed interviewer is busy. I mean really ??? I wasted half a day off for this on that day.
also after the final interview process they are mentioning the requested pay is not in their budget. Again...really ??? I mentioned this to HR in the very first phone call and she said Avalaris is open to competitive pays and it is not a problem at all. Overall not a good experience. Had they considered candidate's pay interest and interview time slots better, experience would have been different altogether.
