The recruiter that I dealt with was very unorganized and unprofessional. After applying for the position, I had a couple of e-mail exchanges with a recruiter who was more concerned with finding a candidate willing to take $16.50/per hour instead of evaluating candidates for their ability to support the company’s short and long-term goals. This was strike number one. Strike number two happened when she never replied to my last e-mail. Strike number three occurred a week later. I received an invitation to interview with a link that didn’t work. The link led to a calendar where you picked a time to interview, except for me, it kept telling me that there no available times for the next two months. Alas, the next day I received the generic rejection e-mail. What a joke!
