Avis Budget Group Interview Questions

Did not have to go through several interviews like most companies require these days. Had one interview with the person who was to be my supervisor and was hired within a few days after my interview.

Very easy and quick. You have 2 round interview. One with recruiter then with the district manager. Then after that they will probably take a day or two to give you and answer.

Very easy and straight forward interview process, with quick feedback. The HR representative and Team Lead were both present in the interview. Two round interview with the first only being HR and the 2nd being with both HR and team lead.

I had applied for a Data Analyst position, i stead I hit an interview call fir this position. The interview was more of Business and behavioural questions. The position was to assist Avis online pre-owned car sales.

Entretien de 15 minutes environ, l'appel téléphonique avant l'entretien conseille de se renseigner sur l'entreprise via le site et quelques procédures simples en vente assistée. Sur place, le recruteur décrit le poste et précise qu'il y a une période de formation effectuée chez une autre agence Avis. Puis s'enchaînent quelques questions-types d'entretien, ainsi que les attentes en termes de profil candidat (ambition, épanouissement en situation de concurrence etc.).

I was contacted via phone call. Brief interview with a friendly member of hiring staff asked about my availability and if I had any questions in relation to the position. He also asked some questions in relation to my work history, but it wasn't too high-pressure. Very casual.

Met with a company VP who asked me basic general questions about my job history. She told me it was a good fit and that she'd schedule additional interviews. I never heard back despite multiple follow ups.

Il primo contatto avviene tramite Hr di agenzia esterna. Dopo un colloquio conoscitivo con l'Hr nella prima fase, se superato si passa alla seconda fase. Il secondo colloquio è tenuto dallo Station Manager che valuta competenze ed esperienze pregresse. Se la seconda fase va bene si viene ricontattati dall'Hr dell'agenzia esterna che fornisce la proposta economica e cura la finalizzazione del processo con la stipula del contratto.

so basically it was for Frontend SDE, so first round was totally based on assignment and few questions on js and 1 DSA medium question. the interviewer was very much friendly he helped me when i got stuck somewhere.
