Interview
Phone interview with job recruiter who tells you what to say if they like you in the next step. Then in person interview with District Manager, then drug testing then walk through of location.

What experience do you have working with sales and meeting goals
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
