I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Axalta (Wilmington, DE)
Interview
Applied online through the website. Received an email from HR for a phone screen - was asked about my motivations for changing jobs, general HR questions, not technical. A week later, another phone screen with the hiring manager - this was a technical interview where I was asked about my past experiences, resume related questions, career path and motivations. 2 weeks later - onsite interview, was a very pleasant experience. Onsite presentation - technical questions related to work, panel interview - behavioral questions, one-on-one interviews with managers - technical questions, past experiences

I applied online. I interviewed at Axalta (Huntsville, AL)
Interview
Pretty typical. Phone interview + on site with multiple levels of technical contributors and management. It’s questionable if they’re actually hiring. They’ve been reposting the job regularly since March and the log book was full of interviewees. They’re either looking for a unicorn or making it look like they’re hiring to pad their position to their new buyers.
