Step one: Talent Acquisition Professional
Initial phone screen with talent acquisition professional. It was a long conversation that covered a lot of technical aspects of the job and BD corporate culture at B&A.
Step Two: President/CEO Meet-n-Greet
This interview also honed into the technical aspects of the job and how I have applied them to other work environments in the past. He was phenomenal. The conversation was organic, but on second thought, I should have asked more proposal-process related questions.
Step 3: Meet the 'would-be-direct' and the rest of the leadership team
This was a panel interview but a majority of the time was spent discussing my resume and previous positions.
