The interview process was very smooth and well-structured, consisting of three clear stages. It was well organised and intentional rather than rushed or repetitive.
Communication throughout the process was good. I always knew what the next steps were, what to expect in each round, and how to prepare. The team was responsive and professional, and I received follow-up communication within 24 hours. That level of timeliness showed respect for my time and kept the momentum going.
The interviewers did a great job of clearly outlining the role, responsibilities, and performance expectations. They provided meaningful insight into the team structure, company culture, and how success is measured in the position. This gave me a well-rounded understanding of both the day-to-day responsibilities and the broader impact of the role within the organization.
Overall, the process felt transparent, efficient, and candidate-focused. It left me with a strong, positive impression of the company and its professionalism.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General question about role, experience, competency based questions
I had a screening interview with this company for an AML position. The interview itself went fine, but they never came back to me. I followed up and was simply ignored. Not hearing back after sending an application is common, but ghosting applicants after wasting their time on a half hour video call is extremely unprofessional.

Tell me about your background, are you willing to travel internationally, etc. Typical screening interview questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at B4B Payments
Interview
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They ask for transparency about my experience and they were the ones who kept putting me through every interview stage KNOWING my experience. Terrible interview process. Complete waste of time and disorganised. Telling candidates they are unsuitable for the role in the 3rd stage of the interview (after screening and initial interview) instead of being transparent from the very beginning. Claim to be transparent (would’ve been useful at the very start) instead they ended the 3rd interview very early and gave a terrible candidate experience. Try telling candidates in the INITIAL stage that their experience doesn’t match what they are looking for. Interviewers didn’t even bother looking at my CV. Also wanted me to go through my cv quickly as if they were in a rush to get me off the call - complete waste of time. I felt very Disrespected, awkward and very impolite. Need to assess their interview questions and structure and general attitude towards candidate.
