I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Nashua, NH) in Jul 2018
Interview
I had a prior interview with them and was beat out by someone slightly better so they called me later with another chance for another position. I worked there before and wanted to return so it was an opportunity to b a great contributor once again. After the phone screen with HR I met in person two Directors and a former Manager of mine. They were all very friendly and professional, it made me feel like i had never left. I know my old boss knew my capability, knowledge, drive and talent so he was trying to help them see it too. The questions were very vanilla and I am an extremely analytical person so it was difficult for me to answer them at times because they were just too simple and so I rambled because of excitement and had so much to say not to impress but because I truly enjoyed their discussion and was very engaged and interested in the job.

Question 1
My former boss threw me off at the end of the interview with a sort of off the wall question but that was his personality and I enjoyed his company: "how would you compare the culture of working in Massachusetts BAE compared to New Hampshire BAE, what was your initial observations?".
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (National City, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
The company has a quick and direct interview process. They move quickly from interviews to offers to actual work. All new hires come to the company as a temp via the VMS(a third party vendor) so immediate benefits are not available through BAE but after obtaining full time they are.
