I applied through college or university. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Silver Spring, MD) in Feb 2020
Interview
laid back, typcial behavioral questions. There were 2 people interviewing, the recruit at the career fair i spoke to, and the supervisor who was considering hiring me. Most laid back interview i have had, be sure to try to connect with them and prove you are someone they can work with
Phone call screening, Asked for programming experience and generally was kind. This was for a freshman interview so they did not expect knowledge, just wanted to know ability to learn at the time. Took them a month to get back after the phone interview.
Just asked all of the basic interview questions you can think of. Strengths, weaknesses, "give an example of a time when..." Went through my resume and experience and career goals.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
