it was a phone interview. They asked oddball questions that don't have an answer but require you to go through your thought process. It wasn't bad but I didn't like the vibe of the company so I did not follow up.

Basic engineering, focus on team work. They may ask about what projects you have worked on previously. Asked about relevant class work I had taken. Nothing special about this interview.

Applied online, then had an in-person interview about 1 month later. Standard in person interview with 4 managers, was then taken on a tour of the facility, very interesting manufacturing site.
