I applied through other source. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Plymouth, MN) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had to take a knowledge exam 1st, and then a 1:1 interview with the Clinical Director, and a second interview with the Clinical Manager who oversees the client I was to work for. After succeeding with those three areas, I was invited out to meet and greet my client to see if we "clicked". When we both agreed that we did, then the orientation week was scheduled- 3 eight hour days in one week. Administrative education, tracheotomy training, ventilator training. After testing out successfully, then I was scheduled 1:1 with a nurse in my clients home for client specific training on my 12 hour shift. They schedule three of those, but allow for more training if necessary. After training in the home, they check with you and the client to make sure it's a good fit. If so, then you get on the schedule.
