Applied for an Associate Position. Got a email about the position and wanted a phone interview the next week. The phone interview lasted 10 minutes. Interviewer was very polite and pleasant to talk to. Offered other positions within the company.

Two interviews. Very easy and everyone I interviewed with was kind, positive, and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, the base pay offer came in below the advertised rate and was EXTREMELY low, especially in a VHCOL area. I could not accept this offer.

Sent my application via LinkedIn. Was contacted via text message for my first phone interview. First was with the Talent support which was a brief phone call about my experiences. Second round was a longer phone interview describing the role. Third round, I went directly to the BAYADA office to have a panel interview with their Director and Client Services Manager

Met with hiring personnel, Interviewed was given an expectation on the hiring time frame. After 2 months of waiting only to be told the position is no longer available. Supposedly other company needs needed tending to.
