I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care in Nov 2010
Interview
Didn't like the hiring or interview process. You have to stay in a room all day watching boring videos. Also for two weeks they only pay half of what your hourly rate will be. Ie: if they offer you a position & say that the hourly rate is $20.00/hour ....for 2 weeks they will only pay you $10.00/hour and for months they will not get the other $3.00 which is what the true hourly wage there is
