      Usability Analyst Interview

      Apr 6, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Raleigh, NC
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BB&T (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2009

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter. We had a short interview about my interests and experience. It lasted about a half hour. A day later, I was contacted by the hiring manager. We had another interview, discussing my experience and technical abilities. I was out of state, so I did not have an onsite interview. I was offered the job on a contract basis. They stated that people usually work 3 months as a contractor and then are hired on full time. This wasn't the case. I had a 3 month contract, and then it would be extended a month, and then an additional 3 months, etc. At the year mark I was given some sort of personality test that indicated I wouldn't be a good fit for the job. I was hired full time.
