1- phone interview with HR:

2- phone interview with the hiring managers:
Review experience, more detailed information about the position and more situational questions.
3- in person interview with the hiring managers:
In-depth analysis of my experience and how I would fit into the position. Thorough explanation about the position and discussion about expectations & long term goals.
