      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BD (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2019

      Interview

      I did an initial phone interview with Loree Andreason. It was only the first step which was a phone interview, next was the in person interview which I haven't yet heard back about. Overall, the phone call didn't feel conversational or friendly - more rigid.

      What role would you like to serve, how does your undergraduate degree apply, what's your favorite class, etc. And then followed by a very thorough questioning of resume and current projects, asking for examples/stories and my future plans and next steps in my project. Not much of a response on the phone end to
