Long and tedious. Takes forever to make a hiring decision even though I was told I was the preferred candidate . I ultimately removed myself from the interview process after 4 months and accepted an offer from another company.

Question 1
Typical interview questions for an experienced medical device rep.
Met with a talent recruiter then a sales rep then finally a district manager. 30 minute interviews, they explained the role in detail, and asked basic sales questions. After my last interview, I was notified they chose a different canidate.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BD (Stuart, FL)
Interview
There was two interviews, over the phone straight to the point, then offer letter was sent out after that there was a background check. There was a wait for about one and a half weeks, then the official offer was granted. The total process between contact to was three weeks.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer?
I met with the recruiter, hiring manager and country business lead. I also did a personality test and a verbal questionnaire. It was a smooth process with a very helpful recruiter as a main point of contact.
