Interview
First HR will contact you and will ask your basic details such as current company , current Annual Salary . Then HR will arrange Technical Round . Then Technical Round will be taken by panel of at least 2 members. After Technical round if you have cleared it then there will be a managerial round and at last there will be salary discussion with HR .
