Very thorough, allowed me to present myself, my skills my qualifications and my experience to the interview panel.
It was a 3 stage process, starting with a preliminary interview on MS Teams, then two interviews onsite.

Panel interview with 4 people, followed immediately by another panel of 4. All "Tell me about a time" questions. Capped off with a tour of the plant. The interview itself was difficult but the people were nice.

The first interview was an initial 30 minute phone interview with recruiter. It was a standard screening. 2nd interview was with the hiring manager and 2 others via teams videoconference.

Fine but the interviewer didn’t seem very pleasant in the interview. . First round was really good. Second round was okay. The interviewer was focusing more about the Quality aspects and it’s a medical industry. Overall it was a good experience. If i didn’t have experience in medical field, you shouldn’t have scheduled an interview in the first place.
