Not too tough, asks behavioral questions - dont need an explicit finance background but need some understanding of finance. In college I was a bio major and they seemed to like that connection. Have a good understanding of Medical Devices, what they do, their products, and importantly their impact.
I applied online. I interviewed at BD (Franklin Lakes, NJ)
Interview
Interesting but not bad. They asked a lot of straightforward questions and then asked a curveball. Mainly behavior questions in the first round at least. They have one difficult question to assess your analytical skills
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BD in Nov 2020
Interview
It started with a Hireview, which was all behavioral, then it was a 30 minute behavioral interview which had one technical question at the end that was not very hard, I did not make it to the final round. The interviewers did not seem very engaged and were a bit scatter brained.
