Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Recruiter per Telefon. Im zweiten Schritt fand eine Zoom Videokonferenz mit dem Recuriter und der abteilungsverantwortlichen Person stand. Im darauf folgenden Schritt gab es eine Videokonferenz mit dem CEO und dem verantwortlichen Recruiter. Ab dem zweiten Schritt gab es schon strenge Kontaktbeschränkungen, so dass es erfreulich war, dass durch die digitale Form der Bewerbungsprozess auftrecht erhalten werden konnte. Das Verfahren zeichnete sich als offener, transparenter und sich mit dem Bewerber im Dialog befindender Prozess aus.

Interview
I first heard about BELLIN GmbH and got to meet their HR and dev team members at a job fair. Even though they did not have open entry-level positions at that time, they still considered my application. I sent a mail with my resume and received a phone call for an interview two days later. Within a week I did my technical and HR interviews at the Karlsruhe office and was eventually given a positive answer the next monday.
The process was fast and pleasant. The employees who interviewed me were technical experts passionate about their work and about the company culture.

Question 1
The questions were about organizational and technical experience and knowledge. There were no wrong answers and I was encouraged to speak my mind, ask questions and share my past experiences. The interview ended with a detailed presentation of the product, its architecture and its history.
A day later I was contacted by the HR department and was asked about administrative details.
Two days after that I got a last technical interview with the CTO of the company.
