Interview
After submitting an application, I immediately got an email from an HR representative / Recruiter to schedule the first call, asking questions to see if I would be a good fit to go forward with the actual (2nd) interview with managers. Did it through Zoom call because of the pandemic.

Questions involved: how do you prioritize tasks, a lot of basic project management questions..

Interview
The Interview process is very straightforward. It took me around 15 days. The HR called me and then a week later, I had an interview with the manager. She asked me a couple of questions and then they sent me the job offer.

Interview
The interview was done virtually via Teams. It was very laid back and friendly although professional. There were two interviewers during the meeting. Both asked questions and provided company background, job description etc. They use a non-traditional style of interviewing that I like. Maybe asked a total of 5-6 questions. The interview was only 20mins long.
Telephone interview then virtual interview. Questions were pretty standard, tell us about yourself, work ethics, why them, why this position, what are my weaknesses and what are my salary expectations
