BHI Energy Interview Questions

Interview process was very professional. The interviewers explained how their organization was expanding into the region I reside in, and explained the expectations of the job. I asked questions about the job expectations and what the process would be for measuring my performance, and got reasonable and concise answers.

Interviewed by the Site Manager, Director and Superintendent. Asked about my qualifications and experience. Round table discussion about expectations and opportunities for growth. Everyone was extremely professional and straightforward. There were no surprises or "pop" quizzes.

Interview on Friday with site manager. Interview following Friday with construction manager. Offer accepted. Then a couple months into assignment, they changed offer and terms after long term apartment lease was signed. Watch out.

the interview process for security admin included a phone interview, in person interview, thorough background screening including psychological exam, credit check, drug test, employment and unemployment verifications. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out before and after the hiring. The background check is looking at the last 3 years of employment, unemployment, self employment, education, etc

Have the experience, be ready to roll when you get called. The company is a body shop and staffs projects for clients. It is about experience and availability. You need to get there, work assigned hours, and be a team player. Not complicated.

It was normal like any other regular interview. The interview tells you about the position and what they are looking for before the interview starts. They will also tell you interview process and length of the interview.

Interview was done through skype chat and it was for an entry level position, so it wasn't too bad. The role is remote and they are providing all the required equipment for the job.

Easy and straight forward process, most of the time spent was generally explaining the job which gave me the idea that I did have the opportunity in hand, very nice and comfortable atmosphere
