Interview
I read so many reviews & looked up the interview process for this company because I really wanted the job I applied for so I might be detailed because it was alot of info that I wanted to find but couldn't. I want to help anyone in that same position.
I was contacted by a recruiter maybe two & a half weeks after I applied.
First step was a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, a few days later was a 30 minute phone interview with a hiring manager, & finally the following week I had zoom interviews with six different employees, two of whom were on the same zoom call. None of them asked hard questions and I thought I did great with everyone.
Two questions I asked each of them after they were done with their questions for me that they all seemed to love were "why do you enjoy working for Bill.com?" & "what does success in this role look like to you?" Each of them said culture for the first question. So this company is VERY serious about their culture. Know the culture!
If you interview with them PLEASE research the company, their culture, what the company does, etc. They will ask! Brush up on BEC, ATO, & other types of fraud.
Although I didn't receive an offer, I had a pleasant experience.
