Applied for the summer leadership program through my university. There was a phone interview with the recruiter and then I was told I was selected for the program. The meeting was over zoom, but it still remained engaging and professional.

Had a virtual campus interview, then a couple weeks later was asked to come to their office for an in person interview. Interviewed with 2 people. It was more of a conversational interview than asking a bunch of typical interview questions.
