Interview will be in 4 stages. First stage after shortlisting your resume senior person will have 15-20 mins brief discussion(Telephonic) with you to check suitability for the position they are looking. After this second round (F2F)is technical round in which interviewer checks for logical and analytical skills. After 2nd round on the same day managerial round will be conducted . Usually this is to get insights into our aspirations, whether we are flexible enough ,how useful you will be for company etc. Final stage will be salary discussion which will be done through telephonic round. Usually senior manager will explain you all the compensation details. If you are ok with it then you will be receiving OL for sure. HR coordinators are very friendly and prompt in responding to your queries. They make sure whole process is smoothly conducted.
