Focused on sales techniques. How do you develop leads and how do convert leads in a hunter role?

Very fast and good discussions about the BMC world and the onboarding process.
Very nice people and really they give you a good candidate experience, they keep in touch with me during the whole process and they were very transparent.
The manager is very young and very competent, really liked the interaction.
Unresponsive and frustrating experience. Recruiter was not great at getting back to me and didn't seem to offer basic respect! For a big company this was disappointing. Salary range was much lower than expected as well.
