I received a screen-call from Recruiter, followed by an interview with Sales Area Director, followed by Field Sales Leader - All calls were remote due to Covid - Feedback was given in a very short time after each call, with clear next steps

A lot of good questions were asked around key aspects of the manager role - for example questions as:
▪ Give me an example of a situation which defines your true character?
▪ We expect anyone working for us to take some risks, seize the initiative, and make mistakes from time to time.
Describe for me how your character has enabled you to work through these risks and mistakes?
▪ Can you give me an example of something you have accomplished in your life that you are proud of?
