A multistage process that took 2 months. First, you'll receive an automated Maki test link right after applying. It takes a few weeks for HR to review everything, so don't be surprised by a bit of a wait. The next step is a group assessment (case study) and an HR interview on the same day. If you pass that, the final step is meeting the Managers for a more technical and operational discussion.

The HR interview took 45 minutes where I had to talk about my CV and experiences. They asked a lot about department preference, so it's important to be really into the company's structure and each function.

After the interview with HR, I immediatly got a manager interview scheduled. It was around 45 minutes in Microsoft Teams. It had three people, the people responsibile for each area of the graduate program. Each would ask me questions.
