The interview process was pretty elaborate. It started at 9.30 and ended at 2pm. First the senior developers, then the lead, manager, senior manager and the HR round. It's an easy interview if you know the basics. The HR took 3 weeks to release the offer.

Applied online, heard back in about two weeks. Process was three rounds: HR phone screen, a technical/case interview, then a panel with two managers.
Overall a positive experience. Interviewers were professional and well prepared. First call was straightforward — motivation, why BNP, why this team. Second round had a market/risk case and some CV deep-dives; they push on details so know your numbers. Final panel was more behavioral, with a few curveballs on how you handle pressure.
Pace was a bit slow between stages and communication could've been quicker, but recruiter was responsive when chased.
