I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BNP Paribas
Interview
It was a pool campus process. Started with company presentation, then straight to interview rounds. 3 rounds. HR, Managerial and Technical interviews. Puzzles were asked and questions about resume and projects.
website application, etc.
make the schedule with HR email and the phone call, etc.
microsoft video call interview with two business persons one by one, etc.
wait the result. etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2026
Interview
Applied online, heard back in about two weeks. Process was three rounds: HR phone screen, a technical/case interview, then a panel with two managers.
Overall a positive experience. Interviewers were professional and well prepared. First call was straightforward — motivation, why BNP, why this team. Second round had a market/risk case and some CV deep-dives; they push on details so know your numbers. Final panel was more behavioral, with a few curveballs on how you handle pressure.
Pace was a bit slow between stages and communication could've been quicker, but recruiter was responsive when chased.
