Le processus de recrutement comprenait deux séries de trois entretiens. La première série avec les membres de l'équipe, les entretiens étaient surtout techniques. La seconde série avec des Séniors et des managers, les questions étaient plus orientées sur mon parcours et mes projets.

The first / penultimate stage was a behavioural and technical interview - testing knowledge of prior deal experiences, as well as overall economic trends and the general UK economy. It was quite a rigorous and fast paced interview.

Interview
The interviewer were quite nice and it was a standard interview for Quants, which covers many typical questions for trader and quants. Mostly technical questions and many market questions, some behaviour questions. I was interviewed by 4 team members one by one and it lasted for 2-3 hours. They showed great respect.
