Interview
total 3 rounds, first round phone with 6 or 7 manager, majorly modelling questions; second round phone interview with the department head, he gives very solid background for the work to be done, the working environment and about the team, final round is face to face with all the managers I talked over the phone, very general questions.

just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview
the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
