Interview
(1) Online application with CV (no cover letter)
(2) Psychometric test - numbers and pattern based (no verbal reasoning section). A string of numbers are put through a machine. The machine gives you a new string of numbers. You need to identify the new pattern in the numbers.
(3) Online group assessment. Case study on allocating a budget to certain products. In a group of roughly 6. Present the group's decision to someone from the business. HR sit in on the call to see how you work with others.
(4) Online interview with someone from the business. Mix of motivational questions and brainteasers/mental maths questions. Short - roughly 30 mins.

Brainteasers: If you have a 3L and a 5L bottle, how do you get exactly 4L?
Mental Maths: If an index is at 1200 and it goes up by 15% what is its new value? (No calculator but you can use pen and paper)
Motivation: Why BNP? Why global markets?
online microsoft teams interview 1 hour which was a mixture of behavioural, slight technical and brain teasers and then assessment centre with 3 stages and then a final interview with HR with basic behavioural questions
