It was a lengthy process. Had to take an aptitude test. Then a drug test/hair sample. Then was the personal interview. Safety must be most important thing in the interview. After the personal interview you must go home and wait to hear back via email.
Sat in a room with a couple people from HR. They asked the most bland canned questions you can imagine. Seems like this step had little to do with questions and more to do with feeling out candidates.
