it was a group hire where everyone was asked similar questions we waited in the lobby till we were bought in the manager told us about the company and pretty much just wanted to know a little bit about us and why we wanted the job it was an easy process completed it in no longer than a week we also got to meet the HR for that selected us for the interview this was a good starter job for someone fresh out of high school who need a source of income I have seen younger kids who are almost done but still not finished with high school also apply for this job

It was a formal interview with the store manager and included the usual and expected interview questions about work experience, skills and schedule availability. The manager was very easy to talk to and was prepared for the interview. He had already reviewed my entire application and was professional.

he asked me basic questions about my life and social life. What school do I go to, what do i want to do in the future, what are my hobbies, etc. He then asked me what I would like to get out of this job. IT only took about 8 minutes
