Company not came directly to the college campus and one third party recruiter came and said we are recruiting behalf of baselor. An aptitude test conducted it consists of more programming questions less quant questions. After shortlisting from aptitude test group discussion conducted. Based on performance they shortlisted and called for training in Hyderabad. After giving training they said there are no salaries were paid to existing employees. What you will do there?

it is a good interview with average difficulty. anyone with basic English knowledge can easily crack the interview.The rounds are also so less. first a online exam is conducted after the initial screening a GD is conducted. Few days later telephonic interview took place. that was the last round. and then you ll get a mail.

Interview process was very easy it took 2 weeks to complete.first round was aptitude consist of technical and regular apti with SQL then in next week those who cleared apti ,called at mumbai office for f2f round which was consist of 1 java prog with core Java questions
