I applied from the college. The process had two steps: Presentation Editing and Personal Interview. The job role was not clear in their presentation. The experience was really bad. The profile is clearly to edit presentations and the only exposure is you will be able to talk to other Bain employees. There was no growth in the job. This was the reason most people rejected the offer
