The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
First round interviews consisted of 2 thirty-minute in-person case interviews, back to back. Followed the typical format of case interviews, so I knew exactly what to prepare for and expect, but at the same time had no idea what specific questions I would be answering. Definitely a hard interview, but the people were nice.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bain & Company (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
The first round consisted of two back to back cases, with 30 minutes of each. I would say that despite online resources saying that bain uses an interviewee led style, both of my interviewers asked questions that guided the case.
