A Glassmaker is experiencing decreasing profitability, how would you identify the drivers of this and what recommendations do you have on improving profitability?
2 rounds of interviews primarily focused on case, with some behavioral questions second round. Each interview consists of two interviewers who will interview separately with different cases. Interviews last 30-45 minutes.

It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
