Unprofessional. Changed the job spec from the advertised role and salary, felt like a grab for candidates rather than selecting those best suited. Had my cv stapled to another and didn't know who I was or the exact role applied for. Failed to provide any further contract after assuring will do so. Don't waste your time, money or effort attending interviews that promise the world and deliver nothing.
