      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      They act like they care but they don't. They will say good work one day and give you a weeks notice the next. Contracts mean nothing to them. Terrible communication. Care only about filling their own pockets.

      - Willing to invest a lot of training into new starters - Avuncular partners and senior staff - Learning resources provided - Reputable employer - Robust incentives (bonus scheme, extracurricular team-building, holidays, etc...) - Clear potential path for progression - Positive work culture; feels familial.

      Cons

      - High workload--though manageable. - Some of the 3rd parties, to whom work is outsourced, are unreliable, causing a degree of discord with clients.
