Recruiter was excellent, really took the time to explain everything about the company and she was very knowledgeable. However, once I got to meet the hiring manager, she looked tired (it was a Monday), did not seem interested and started yawning at the beginning.
Her questions were not very specific, reading them from a scrip which I think some hiring managers at the director level do not need to do anymore. It was such the little interest shown by the hiring manager that I lost interest before the interview was over. Way to go with a hiring manager who is in customer experience....!
To be fair it does however, like a good company to work for but the downfall for these great companies are their inexperienced "people" managers.
