Casual and comfortable. I was impressed with the approach of "let's get to know each other and find out if this will be a good fit for both of us". Typically, I'm used to feeling a lot of pressure and that I have to prove to them I'm a good fit for them. It's nice to have equal effort from the company trying to show they are a good fit for me. I've got through 4 interviews so far - so it's been a bit of a long process, but due to the low pressure style, it's an enjoyable and fulfilling process.
