Phone interview with HR followed by phone interview with regional manager then in practice interview at the clinic. Regional manager discussed different clinic options even though I applied for a specific practice.

Generic recruiter questions from someone without experience in the field. Felt like they were being read out of a book and the interviewer wasn't really listening to my answers. I don't think they really care - they'll hire anyone they can get as long as you aren't a criminal or completely crazy.
